Description:

The Switchgear adapt to:

GQH-C withdrawable switchgear:

Structure:
The enclosure adopt 8MF opening section steel. There are inserts with modulus of 20mm and 100mm of C92mm. Those inserts make inside installation more easy and flexible. The installation methods consists of integral assembly structure and welding structure such as beams of side frame. All chambers are isolated and works relatively independent.

Installation height of each chamber is as high as 1920mm (1760mm for MCC chamber). Modulus of draw height is 160mm, divided into five series according to size:  1/2 section、1 section、3/2 section、2 section、3 section. Rated current of section loop is 400A and below.

Parts with rustproof coating are parkerising processed and electrostatic sprayed. The parts without spraying coats are zinc plated and chromate so as to enhance the parts'corrosion resistance.

 

GQH-A fixed-Sectional switchgear

 

Features:

1. Fixed and plugging installation, easy maintenance and nice contact performance
2. Sections are isolated each other. Each feeder unit is relatively independent which can prevent faults spreading
3. The cabinet includes module sections, bus chamber and cable chamber. Each room are insulated each other.

Advantages of plugging switch

Quick installation:
Installation is finished in 30 seconds, largely shorten the power interruption time.

Safe:
Once the switch is pulling out, the tripping device loses pressure and the switch trip immediately.

Disadvantages of ordinary switchgear


Fixed switchgear:
1. No isolation measures between switches.
2. Switch maintenance only can be made when the power of bus is cut. The bus feeders maybe damaged due to problem of certain circuit.

Drawable switchgear
1. Each loop isolated, convenient replace but the drawer’s mechanical constructure may stuck the switch.
2.  Too many spare parts make maintenance complicated.
