Description
GQH-A/L is a intelligent management system which can automatically control the susbtation lightening facilities by presetting power-on and power off time. In remote computers, users can modify the set time or conduct remote operation under remote control mode. The system can higly increase the substation workder's efficiency as well as provide safe and effective work mode for substation workers.
1.System Structure
(1) Touch screen: HMI Interface,Communication processing( communicate with upper computer and PLC modules)
(2) PLC: smart ligntening data memory, control, and remote communication

2. Work Principle
The touch screen simultaneously communicates with upper computer, and PLC-CPU, PLC-I/O modules. The operator can work on touch screen or connect with touch screen under remote control mode to preset switch on/off time. The touch screen transfer the set value to PLC-I/O module, which will automatically open or close the relevant lighteing circuit as preset.
The MCB and contactor is in series in the control circuit: generally the MCB is closed to protect the loop from shortcircuit while the contactor control the loop's on/off.
3. Main Functions
(1) Local control: user can control switches through touch screen in case the intelligent lightening is off.
(2) Automatic control: switches' action is decided by preset timetable
(3) Contactor supervising: supervise the contactor's condition
(4) MCB supervising(optional): supervise the MCB's condition
(5) Event tripping: when the swicth trip under control or not, the system will come out a event tripping warning
(6) Remote control function
(7) Time check function: the touch screen and PLC module can automatically check time periodically
(8) After input correct password,user can modify timetable
(9) After input correct password, user can direcly modify the switch on/off time of a certain switch
4.Reliability
(1) the PLC-CPU works independently so the touchscreen faults has no influence on it
(2) The PLC module download the timetable from touch screen and its commands are not affected by touchscreen and communication status
