Description:

1.Comparison between the advantages of high-frequency switching DC power supply and conventional DC power supply

(1) Main problems existing with conventional phase-controlled power supply

  • Low efficiency, big ripple coefficient, and small technical indexes in the aspect of electromagnetic radiation, thermal radiation and noise, etc. 
  • Incomplete monitoring system, adoption of 1+1 mode is very difficult to meet the technical requirements of more and more advanced instrumentation, control and automation equipment on the secondary circuit. Because the float charging voltage of phase-controlled power supply tends to fluctuate, the phenomenon of pulsating charge and discharge of battery may occur, which will extremely damage the maintenance-free battery and affect its service life.

2. Charger module

It is mainly used to fulfill AC/DC functions. Moreover, it possesses powerful protective functions.
(1) Input overvoltage/undervoltage protection;
(2) Output overvoltage protection/undervoltage warning;
(3) Short-circuit retraction;
(4) Loss-of-phase protection;
(5) Over-temperature protection;
(6) Primary side overcurrent protection;
(7) Fan temperature control;
(8) Fault display;
(9) Communication function

3. DC bus insulation monitoring module

It monitors in real time the voltage to ground of the positive and negative bus during the normal operation of system so as to obtain the insulation resistance value of bus. It gives an alarm signal in case of reduction of the insulation resistance of bus to light up the fault light and sends a fault flag up to the monitoring module.

4. Voltage regulating module

  • The function of stepless voltage regulation: no matter how the bus closing voltage changes, the control output voltage is stabilized at 220V±0.5%;
  • Furnished with hot pluggable technology and soft switching technology;
  • Feature of two-way voltage trip: when the AC power supply is not stopped, the voltage regulating module reduces the voltage of the closed bus to 220V; when the AC power supply is stopped, the battery will discharge continuously, and when the voltage is below 220V, the voltage regulating module increase the battery voltage to 220V, thus ensuring the control bus voltage is always stabilized at 220V.

5.DC feeder module:

It integrates switch, current sensor and intelligent circuit.

(1) Alarm function of switch position and accident trip.
Connect switch position contact and accident trip alarm contact as DI into the intelligent circuit section and upload quantity of state through communication.
(2) Current acquisition function
Use Hall current sensor to collect current information, locally display it and upload the data through communication.
(3) Leakage current acquisition and overlimit alarm function
Use Hall current sensor to collect feeder leakage current, locally display it and upload the data through communication. When the overlimit alarm function is enabled, if the leakage current exceeds the set value, SOE event record is generated.
(4) Communication function
This module is provided with an RS485 communication interface used for link with the host computer system.
(5) Remote control: It can remotely control the feeder switch-on/off.
