Tieon’s substation power supply system impressed the Indian CBIP substation experts
On 18th, December 2009, a conference on “ Emerging Trends in Substation Engineering” was held in New Delhi. The India famous institution CBIP(Central Board of Irrigation & Power) organized the conference and 70 experts and engineers from fields of power generation and distribution attended the conference. Famous organizations and companies like NTPC, NHPC, Power Grid Corporation, Reliance Power, KEC International Development Consultants, and ABB, also dispatched their representative to the conference.
Mr. Kekane attended the conference as the representative of Tieon. He made a presentation about Tieon’s integrated AC/DC substation power supply system, which aroused a great interest of the experts present and they asked a lot of questions. Some of them said that they wanted to see how the equipment operates in India substations and expected cooperation with Tieon.
